How do I know that I have successfully submitted my KUREOS application?
When you have submitted your KUREOS application you will receive an automated email from donotreply@infonetica.net. Please check your junk folder if it doesn't show in your inbox.

Ethics question

I am completing my ethics application and have a question. Who do I contact?

I have submitted my ethics application and have received a question from the reviewers. How do I respond?
Either use the link on the email or log into KUREOS and click on 'correspondence' on the first page of your KUREOS application. Any messages from reviewers will be listed below. Click on the relevant line to access the message and respond. You are able to use this function to attach documents.
How do I ask the reviewers a question after I have submitted a KUREOS application?
Log into KUREOS and select the application you wish to ask a question about and click on 'New Correspondence'. Write your message and then click send.

Personal Details

How do I amend / update my KUREOS account details? e.g. add my Faculty.
At the top of the KUREOS screen click on your name and then on personal details. Amend / update your personal details and click on save. Please only include Kingston University contact details.
I cannot submit my KUREOS application because there are details missing under my personal details. I can't add the details on the application form.

What survey platforms are recommended by Kingston University?
The use of Qualtrics or JISC Online Surveys (formerly Bristol Online Surveys) are recommended.

Research Student Queries

I am unable to send a request to my supervisor for their signature.
Your supervisor may not have logged onto KUREOS and thus not have a KUREOS account. Ask your supervisor to log onto KUREOS or alternatively email KUREOS@kingston.ac.uk with the name of your supervisor and we will be able to rectify the situation.

Sharing Applications

How can a colleague view / amend my application?
There is a share function under 'Actions' which allows others to view, amend and submit the form depending on the level of permission you allocate them.
